For owners who already worked this out
You don't have an AI problem. You have a Wednesday problem.
You worked out two years ago that this should be doing something in your business. The question was never whether.
It is that no hour in your week is free to sit down and work out where it goes.
So we do that part first.
Where the hour went
Your week is not badly run. It is just already spoken for.
Between the eight o'clock, the payroll, and the thing that broke on Tuesday, every hour has a name on it before the week even starts.
Here it is, written down.

- 8:00The eight o'clock
- 9:00Payroll
- 10:30Two quotes, still not out
- 11:30Lunch at the desk
- 1:00The supplier who never called back
- 2:30Walk the floor
- 4:00Paperwork that piled up
- 8:00The eight o'clock
- 9:00The thing that broke on Tuesday
- 12:00Lunch, mostly
- 1:00Still the thing that broke
- 3:30Interviews
- 5:00Calls you owe back
- 8:00The eight o'clock
- 9:00Bank, then the accountant
- 11:00Thirty minutes. Nothing ever took it.
- 11:30Back to back with the team
- 1:00The customer who wants the owner
- 2:30Orders out
- 4:00Someone left early, so you cover it
- 8:00The eight o'clock
- 9:00Chasing an invoice from March
- 10:30Site visit
- 1:30The thing that broke, again
- 3:00Next week's rota
- 4:30Quotes, again
- 8:00The eight o'clock
- 9:00Invoices
- 10:30The quote that is still not out
- 12:00Deliveries in
- 1:00Everything that missed the week
- 3:30Next week, on paper
- 5:00Lock up
Wednesday, eleven o'clock. Thirty minutes nothing ever claimed, because half an hour is no use to the rest of it.

What the half hour is for
We do not want that half hour to teach you what these tools are. You worked that out two years ago.
We want it for the part nobody gets a clear run at.
Which of your jobs they take, and which they do not.
What is already waiting
Something finished, with your name on it, before you sit down.
Before the call, we rebuild your site. Not a sketch. Not a slide about one.
The real pages, built from the pages anyone can already see, on a link only you have.
The rebuild is not the offer. The thirty minutes is.
Type your address into the form and watch this line. That link exists before we speak.
That is what is on screen when the clock starts.
You are not booking a conversation about what we might do one day. You are booking the walkthrough of something already built.
Then we open your two answers and work out where these tools go in your operation.

What actually happens
Four things, and three of them are ours.
-
01

You give us the address
Your web address, your email, your phone. About two minutes, and it is the only part that needs your week.
-
02

We build it
From your public pages, on our own staging link. No logins, no access to anything you own, and nothing on your live site moves.
-
03

It is finished before we speak
Your pages, your words, your photos, on a private link. Open it and read it long before the call.
-
04

Thirty minutes
We walk you through what we built, then spend the rest of it on where these tools go in your operation. Your two answers set the agenda.

The catch, said plainly
Why it costs you nothing.
We are an AI services firm. We rebuild sites free because some of the people who see theirs finished hire us for the bigger work.
Plenty do not. That is already priced in.
If you are one of them, the site is still yours. Code, domain and hosting in your name, the day you want it. Running it afterwards costs somewhere between nothing and twenty dollars a month.
No invoice exists at any point, so there is nothing to overrun and nothing to cancel. That is the whole arrangement. There is no second half.
The fair questions
The ones worth asking first.
I do not have thirty minutes either.
Then take the rebuild and skip the call. It is yours either way.
The half hour is offered because that part is hard to do alone, not because you owe us for the build.
My site is fine.
It is. It was built to sit there and look right, and it does that.
It was never built for these tools to plug into. When it was made they did not exist.
What if the rebuild is worse?
Then you keep the one you have and ignore ours. Nothing points at your domain until you say so, and there is no bill to argue about.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
It is a call with your rebuild on the screen.
Some people who fill this in are never offered a call. If your two answers say the half hour would waste your morning, we send the site and leave you alone.
Two years is a long time to sit on this.
Two years is the usual answer. It is not a discipline problem.
The work that pays is the work that shouts at you. This has never once shouted.

Pick the half hour
One Wednesday. Thirty minutes of it.
Give us the address and the build starts before the call does.
Take the call whenever suits you. Something finished will be on screen when you get there.
